We gladly accept returns and cancellations
For returns, contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.
At this time, we don't accept exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns for our SCENTED CANDLES items only.
Buyer need to message us within 3 days of delivery and return the item(s) to us insured with tracking in the same manner of packaging it was received.
When the item is received by us in:
: New, unused condition
: Within the 7 day ship window
We will then refund the original amount of the item minus 10% for listing and transaction fees that we have incurred.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of return with insured and trackable postage.
We will not process returns/refunds on unauthorized, refused or return to sender parcels.
What do I do if my item is received damaged or is lost in transit?
We are happy to assist you with filing a claim with USPS if you received a damaged item or your package is lost in transit.
Please note that as per USPS updated policies it is the responsibility of the customer for FILING CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES. The USPS requires the BUYER to present the damaged package along with proof of payment from your financial institute (all documentation that we do not have).
Note: You must create an account with the USPS if you don’t already have one to file claims for damages with them.
When filing a claim with USPS, the damaged article including the container, packaging, and any other items received must be presented to the Postal Service for inspection along with proof of payment from your financial institution. Be certain to safely save the entire box, label and all the contents.
Return to Sender Packages:
Packages received back to us as RTS (Return to Sender) may be resent at your request by purchasing a postage listing customized for your parcel with your verified address.
We are not responsible for invalid addresses, forwarded mail or refused parcels and will not refund or pay return shipping.
Return postage will be calculated at our actual cost, not the discounted free shipping rate we offer on purchases of $35 or more.
We will contact you via messages with a link to the shipping listing which will be active for 100 days.
After the 100 day period the listing will expire and the parcel contents will be donated to a local charity where appropriate.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
